Jesa's world hasn't changed too much (although she's quit the birds nest thing!!). Her lifelong fascination with dark fairytales and all things magical has manifested itself into her unique and enchanting jewellery.

After completing a Foundation Diploma at Bournemouth & Poole College of Art & Design Jesa gained an Honors Degree in History of Art and Design at Winchester College of Art. Although she loved the world of art history she was frustrated by the lack of hands on creativity and began to make jewellery. She went on to study Precious Jewellery at Portsmouth University and finally at the Sir John Cass dept. at London Guildhall University.

Jesa now divides her time between creating her collections for galleries and exhibitions, designing bespoke pieces to commission and co-running Flux 'n' Flame the independent jewellery school in Dorset with her husband Al of Jewellery Brand Ruby & Al

Inspired by dark fairytales, nature and storytelling Jesa combines precious metals and gemstones with tiny sculptures of Crows, hares, moths and other creatures to create her internationally popular ‘Enchanted’ Collection. Twisted rose vines, gnarly trees and a touch of darkness come together to create a captivatingly original collection of jewellery.

At International Jewellery London, this year Jesa launched a dramatic range of limited edition pieces entitled ‘Shhh….’.Beautiful spectrolite stones containing secrets bound by enchanted trees wrap themselves around your finger.
Victorian-esque lockets, hung from watch chain, perched upon by ominous birds and delicate moths beg to be opened and yet are uncomfortably guarded…
